This service is indispensable, whether you are refurbishing, renovating, extending or building from scratch, If you have ever entered the realms of building in the past you will be all too aware of how time consuming and stressful running and organizing a project can be.

Ideally we like to be involved from the start. If a project is designed to fine detail before the tenders are put together, the builder’s prices will be far more precise, which makes the financials a whole lot simpler. Heading into a building project with a vague brief is a recipe for disaster. You are almost guaranteed to exceed your budget, sometimes spectacularly!

We are very happy to organize your project from start to finish using tried and tested builders and tradesmen. However, if you have an architect/builder/landscape designer/curtain maker whom you have used in the past, we are very happy to work alongside them.

If you just need a few hours of help a week to assist you and keep your build on track, we are very happy to discuss this.

From the architectural liaison, through to a furnished home, we aim to take the stress out of your project.

NB. We will consider undertaking partially completed projects.
